They have even supported me through some 3rd party software which they had no need to do - truly fantastic. If you're looking for a great host at low prices then there is no alternative to HostedFX! I've had a few problems with unreliable hosts in the past, so when signing up with HostedFX I had very high expectations. Now, not only have these expectations been satisfied, they have been exceeded with merit.
The packages, prices and hosting side of HostedFX is second to none. I have never experienced any downtime, any faults or problems. The design of the site really sets the standard for the service it provides. What sets HostedFX apart from other hosts I believe is the fantastic support it offers. Whenever I've had a few problems (my silly lack of knowledge) Gareth has been patient and more than helpful. Anything that needs doing gets done fast in a friendly atmosphere.
I've now ordered around 4 packages for different websites, and I will continue to do so, as well as recommend hostedfx to anyone looking for quality hosting.

When I needed to find a host I did the normal thing people do. Go to Google, type in a couple of keywords like "cheap" and "shared web hosting". I got what I expected, a whole ton of websites with fake statistics, over sold servers and the whole "only $3.95 per month IF YOU PAY FOR TWO YEARS". Yeah right and I going to buy into that scam!
Then I remembered, back in the day when I was into graphics and posted once or twice at codedfx. Even got a few tips off Gareth in the coding section. I also remember the time when HostedFX was announced. At the time I thought nothing of it but now I know why I remembered it. You can pay PER MONTH not PER TWO YEARS. You get a professional layout to manage your site through, the site is ALWAYS online except when there are third party DNS errors and the people running this place are actually genuine people. Two thumbs up for HostedFX and especially for Gareth for putting this together and keeping it running smoothly for such a long time.

In the last month there has been no downtime at all and the prices are very reasonable, Gareth is always there if I have a problem. First off, I've been with HostedFX for about 3 months now. It has great service, amazing support and when you ask a question, you usually get an answer within minutes of the question being asked. I love the uptime, it's not really 99% guaranteed - it's closer to 100% uptime guaranteed. I own several sites - all hosted with HostedFX. I used to be web design stupid and Gareth would stick with me while I asked the stupidest questions. I just purchased another hosting package and I'm excited.
